Half a century in a bottle
Cachaça Cinquentenária celebrates half a century of Alambique Caipira. A limited edition of 800 numbered bottles, with a spirit aged for five years in French oak barrels that once held Port wine. The process gives the cachaça a rare complexity and depth, where the intensity of the oak meets the sweetness and nuance of the wine.
The story on the label
More than a drink, this edition is a tribute. The illustration was born from a photograph of the grandfather, the first generation of the distillery, with the warehouse still under construction. That portrait became the heart of the label. Beside it, the original document of the Casotti family’s arrival in Brazil, reproduced as testimony to the journey that started it all.
